Le Meas Executive Searchare delighted to partner with a Global Reinsurer to hire a Compliance Manager to their Dublin operation.Key Responsibilities:Support the Head of Compliance, develop and enhance a comprehensive risk-based compliance monitoring programme.Advise on new regulations and strategic business initiatives, identifying and mitigating compliance risks.Preparation of high-quality reports for senior management, board committees, and regulatory bodies.Deliver engaging training on a variety of compliance topics including Data Protection, Financial Crime Prevention, and Corporate Governance.Develop and maintain compliance policies, ensuring clear communication across the organisation.Create and manage regulatory information packs for inspections and queries.Leverage technology and data analytics to strengthen compliance oversight.Proactively challenge the status quo to drive efficiencies and streamline existing processes and procedures.Required Qualifications & Experience::Minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior compliance role within an insurance or reinsurance company.LCOI or LCI qualification required.Detailed knowledge of Insurance regulatory frameworks.Proven ability to manage regulatory relationships and provide expert guidance on compliance matters.Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.If you have the relevant experience and would like to learn more please submit a CV through LinkedIn or to
