You will manage all on-site activities, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, monitoring progress against project schedules, and maintaining quality control throughout. You will also act as the main point of contact for clients and project managers, providing updates and resolving any issues promptly. This role requires strong leadership and organisational skills, as you will be driving the successful delivery of fast-paced, high-spec projects.What you'll need to succeedPrior experience in site management, ideally within commercial fit-outs or interiors.Strong understanding of construction processes, finishes, and Irish building regulations.Ability to manage teams, subcontractors, and multiple stakeholders effectively.Flexibility to travel within Dublin.Experience with office or retail fit-outs, knowledge of M&E coordination, and proficiency in scheduling tools such as MS Project.What you'll get in returnIn return, you will receive a competitive salary package (€65,000-€70,000), along with a company vehicle and package.
