About the Role
An established player in the nutrition industry is seeking a Procurement Admin to join its Cork-based team. Reporting to the Procurement Manager, this role plays a key part in ensuring the cost-effective and reliable sourcing of raw materials and packaging.

Key Responsibilities
* Source and purchase raw materials and packaging in line with quality, cost, and delivery standards.
* Evaluate and manage supplier performance to ensure best value and supply reliability.
* Identify and qualify new suppliers to strengthen supply resilience and mitigate risk.
* Negotiate pricing, contracts, and credit terms in alignment with company policy.
* Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, and Planning teams to align procurement with production schedules and standards.
* Build strong relationships with key suppliers to support continuous improvement and sustainability goals.
About You
Essential:
* Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management.
* Strong negotiation, analytical, and supplier management skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel; confident with data analysis and reporting.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments.
* Strong problem-solving ability and sound commercial judgment.
* Highly organised, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement.
