Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to assist in preparing cost estimates, managing budgets, conducting site visits, and liaising with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure cost-effective and timely completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and evaluate tender documents, bills of quantities, and cost estimates
• Support senior QS in contract administration and procurement
• Conduct site visits for progress assessments and cost control
• Assist in preparing final accounts and project reports
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
• At least 2/3 years of experience in a QS role (preferably main contractor experience)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
