The role involves supporting the site management team with everyday administrative tasks and helping the project run smoothly. Pension Responsibilities: Providing day-to-day support to the Senior Project Manager and Site Manager, including coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and assisting with staff schedules. Acting as the main point of contact for site visitors and handling general queries. Liaising with suppliers to arrange materials and equipment, and checking delivery records and invoices. Maintaining plant and equipment registers and ensuring certifications are up to date. Managing project documentation, including templates, permits, checklists, RFIs, and submittals. Supporting site safety administration, including inductions, training records, access control, and PPE stock. Assisting with snag lists, call-back registers, and the project handover documentation.
