We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Nursing to lead our team at Woodlands Nursing Home. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall management of the nursing home, ensuring the highest standards of care and services are maintained.
Job Description
The Director of Nursing will assume responsibility for all aspects of care and services to residents, both clinically and operationally. This includes managing HIQA regulations, health and safety, and day-to-day operations of the nursing home.
* Manage the quality of care delivered to residents
* Ensure compliance with HIQA regulations
* Oversee health and safety procedures
* Lead and manage staff within the nursing home
Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
* Registration with NMBI
* Previous experience in managing a designated centre
* Relevant qualifications or accredited training
* Excellent clinical, leadership, and organizational skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Sound decision-making ability
