This role will contribute to critical technical projects across Tech Transfer, Packaging, Devices, and lifecycle management.Job OverviewThe Project Manager will provide leadership and project management expertise across complex CMC and technical initiatives, particularly with Contract Manufacturing Organisations (CMOs). You will work as part of cross-functional Technical Product Teams (TPTs) to deliver strategic objectives, manage a large technical portfolio, and drive collaboration across MS&T, Quality, Analytical, Regulatory, and Supply Chain.RESPONSIBILITIESExecute CMC and technical strategy including tech transfer, process improvements and lifecycle management activitiesManage and prioritise the technical book of workDrive scenario planning for projects, especially in devices, packaging and DPDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, charters and resource forecastsCreate and manage project budgets and ensure on-time deliveryIdentify risks, constraints and mitigation actionsBuild and maintain high-performing cross-functional teamsFacilitate effective meetings and support accountability across stakeholdersCommunicate clearly with governance and leadership to ensure alignmentUtilise standard PM tools and systems (e.g. MS Project, Tableau, PPM, SharePoint)REQUIREMENTSBA/BS in Life Sciences, Engineering or a related technical fieldMinimum 4 years' project management experience in the Pharma/Biotech industryExperience in CMC with knowledge of Packaging, Devices and/or ArtworkExperience working within highly matrixed operational environmentsCMO / external manufacturing experience desirablePMP certification preferredStrong organisational skills with capability to manage competing prioritiesExcellent communication and stakeholder-management skillsProficiency with relevant software toolsLegal right to work in Ireland is required (no sponsorship available).
