We are looking for a Senior Store Supervisor who loves fashion and is used to working in a fast-paced retail environment.
The ideal candidate will delegate effectively, manage a team, and work well under pressure.
Responsibilities include opening and closing the store, cash handling, operational procedures, assisting and training staff, providing excellent customer service, supervising the team in the manager's absence, assisting the Store Manager in day-to-day running of the store, and other duties as outlined below.
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered, and teaming up with co-workers to provide excellent sales service.
Delivering sales, outstanding customer experience, and operational expectations.
Connecting with every customer by asking open-ended questions to assess needs.
Learning and sharing expertise of products and trends to fit customers' needs.
Maintaining awareness of all product knowledge, and current or upcoming product/trends.
Contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.
What we're looking for:
2 years experience in a retail environment.
Experience managing a team effectively.
Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience.
Motivated – can use own initiative and motivate the team.
Initiates completion of tasks or activities without necessary supervision.
Flexible availability – must be available weekdays and weekends.
Applicants should be fully flexible Monday–Sunday and able to start ASAP.
The position is a temporary contract to cover maternity leave and may become permanent.
