Our client an international insurance company based in Dublin city centre is recruiting a Financial Reporting Accountant that will report into the Finance Manager. The role offers a hybrid work environment and excellent benefits Key Responsibilities Prepare financial reports, analyse data, and ensure compliance with regulations. Provide expert accounting advice to inform business decisions. Drive efficient financial processes and identify improvement opportunities. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Support the Controller and Chief Financial Officer with the production of ad hoc Finance exhibits and analysis, as required and other ad hoc project work as required. As part of a collaborative team effort, continue to seek ways to streamline and improve processes to bring increased efficiencies to the close process. Experience/Requirements Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA) or nearly qualified Strong technical accounting skills. Experience in the insurance industry preferred but not required Project experience within a finance team an advantage.
