The Elms Home & Living Café is looking for a friendly, motivated Café Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily café operations
Lead, train, and support the team
Ensure excellent customer service
Manage stock, ordering, and suppliers
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
Assist with rotas, budgeting, and meeting sales targets
