A leading Tier 2 main contractor specialising in Critical Environments is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager (Building Experience) to join their high-performing project team in Dublin. The company delivers complex projects across Data Centres, Life Sciences, Aviation, High Value Manufacturing, and Critical Logistics, working with blue-chip clients in a fast-paced and high-quality delivery environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Manage projects from conception through to completion, ensuring programme, cost, and quality targets are met.
Develop and maintain the construction programme in coordination with the Contracts Manager.
Lead and manage site teams, ensuring clear communication and effective resource allocation.
Promote and implement strong site safety culture in line with company systems.
Oversee project quality and ensure all works meet required standards.
Manage project costs, prelims, and subcontract packages effectively.
Work closely with commercial teams to achieve project financial objectives.
Maintain strong client relationships and manage communication regarding progress, claims, and delays.
Drive delivery of complex building projects in a structured and efficient manner.
Requirements:
Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
8+ years’ construction experience, including at least 5 years in a Project Management role.
Strong experience in structural and civil building works.
Critical environment experience desirable.
Commercial awareness with ability to drive cost-effective solutions.
Proficient in MS Office and construction planning software.
