ABOUT THE ROLE
Lead and develop a global OTC finance team, ensuring high performance and operational excellence across order management, credit, billing, cash application, and collections.
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Treasury, and IT to streamline processes, implement automation, and optimise cash flow and forecasting.
Establish credit policies and manage risk to support business objectives and minimise financial exposure.
Ensure accurate invoicing and timely collections, driving improvements to optimise DSO and enhance customer experience.
Implement robust internal controls and compliance frameworks, while championing continuous improvement and best practices for efficiency and scalability.
Define and monitor KPIs, analyse root causes, and execute targeted actions to improve OTC performance.
ABOUT THE PERSON
Deep knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes, ERP/CRM systems, and global process design, including automation and shared services.
Consistently exceeds goals through action-oriented execution, resource mobilization, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Skilled in engaging stakeholders, leading change, and implementing innovative solutions to improve efficiency and scalability.
Thrives under pressure in dynamic environments, maintaining composure while driving process improvements and breakthrough plans.
