Event Operations Manager
The Event Operations Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of events, conferences, banquets, and weddings.
This role requires a highly organized individual who can prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and ensure seamless execution of events.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and possess a high level of attention to detail.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Event Planning: Manage the planning and coordination of events from conception to execution.
* Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a team to support event operations.
* Logistics: Oversee event logistics, including venue setup, catering, and audiovisual equipment.
* Fundraising: Identify opportunities to maximize revenue through event sales and sponsorships.
* Communication: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
