Event Sales Professional
Main Function:
* To successfully execute and sell hotel events and weddings.
* Maintain seamless transitions between Meeting & Events, Operations, and Sales teams.
Main Responsibilities:
* Plan and manage events and weddings while ensuring excellent team-based service delivery.
* Coordinate and communicate event details to customers and hotel operations through verbal and written correspondence.
* Obtain and provide post-event feedback for improvement purposes.
Techincal Skills:
* Ability to forecast group rooms and catering in a timely manner.
* Manage group room blocks and meeting space efficiently.
