The Utilities Maintenance Lead is responsible for overseeing all operational and maintenance aspects within a designated area of responsibility.
Maintaining and building relationships across the site among internal teams, clients, engineering teams, and subcontractors.
* Manage and coordinate work activities of a multi-skilled team of technicians and OEM suppliers to ensure maximum uptime of Utilities plant.
* Implement and execute PM programs in his/her area on time.
* Ensure that maintenance personnel are proficient in maintaining existing and new equipment.
Required Qualifications:
* BSc or MSc/M. Eng Degree in Mechanical/Electrical or Building Services Engineering.
* Marine Engineer qualifications and background.
* Certified experience of at least 3 years in Operations, Engineering, Project and Validation within a manufacturing environment.
