Role: Business AnalystType: 12-month contract (likely extension due to large programme of work)Rate: €80-90 per hour (Outside IR35 – via your own Ltd)Location: Dublin (hybrid) – on-site 3 days per weekStart: ASAPDeadline: Monday 8th June
A global pharma manufacturer is kicking off a major programme to modernise warehouse and manufacturing operations, using AI-led improvement initiatives. They need a senior, delivery-focused Business Analyst who’s happy being on-site regularly and spending their time with operational stakeholders on the ground.
This is not a technical role – it’s about getting close to the warehouse/ops teams, asking the right questions, getting to the root cause, and driving practical change.
What you’ll be doing:
Working directly with warehouse and manufacturing operations teams to understand pain points and opportunities
Running discovery workshops and deep-dive process sessions – lots of probing, clarifying, and challenging assumptions
Defining current-state vs future-state processes and documenting requirements in a clear, operationally focused way
Supporting delivery across multiple workstreams (end-to-end ownership)
Helping shape solutions that improve warehouse efficiency, accuracy, and day-to-day execution
What we’re looking for:
Senior Business Analyst experience with a strong track record of delivery (you’ve owned outcomes, not just supported)
Exposure to pharma/regulated manufacturing
Broader manufacturing background is a big plus (e.g., FMCG or other high-volume operational environments)
Comfortable and credible with operational stakeholders (warehouse managers, site leadership, supervisors)
Happy with onsite requirements
Process:
1-stage interview
Fast turnaround expected once CVs are submitted
