As a shift supervisor, you will be responsible for leading by example and delivering world-class customer service to all customers. You will act with a customer-first attitude and connect with the customer on a personal level.
The job involves executing store operations during scheduled shifts, organizing opening and closing duties as assigned, and providing quality beverages and food products consistently for all customers. You must adhere to all recipe and presentation standards and follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.

Availability to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays is required.
