Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the day‑to‑day delivery of home‑care services.
Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing and care staff.
Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualised care plans.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards.
Train, mentor, and support home support workers to achieve their best.
Liaise with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic client care.
What We’re Looking For
Registered General Nurse (RGN).
Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience.
Experience in home‑care or community care is desirable.
Proven leadership skills and a passion for client care.
Strong organisational, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
Knowledge of home‑care regulations and best practices.
