To succeed in this position, you will need:
* 5+ years of partner-facing experience in business development or channel sales
* Proven ability to drive sales opportunities from lead generation to closure
* Quick understanding of technical concepts and ability to explain them verbally and in writing
* University degree and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
Nice to have skills include automation, integration, RPA, data & analytics, and native/fluent European languages.
Your responsibilities will be to help develop and implement EMEA partner strategy, identify and recruit partners, and activate them through training and joint activities.
Meetings with key stakeholders, including sales and marketing teams, are also required.
You will be evaluated based on partner recruitment and activation, as well as partner-sourced ARR targets.
