We are currently seeking a skilled Warehouse Administrator to join our clients in County Cavan. This is a full-time permanent position, Monday to Friday, requiring someone who can provide quotes, monitor stock and work as part of a wider team.
* Maintain accurate records of fast-moving items.
* Provide professional quotes to customers.
* Resolve day-to-day enquiries in a timely manner.
* Participate in sourcing and procurement activities.
* Collect parts from local suppliers efficiently.
* Perform general administration tasks as required.
* Process customer orders from initial enquiry to delivery.
* Create and maintain efficient management reports.
* Negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal deals.
* Manage supplier relationships effectively.
* Maintain up-to-date ERP systems.
* Contribute to continuous improvement processes within the organization.
