Accounting Support Specialist
This role provides administrative support by processing financial transactions and maintaining accurate records.
* Monitor payment mailboxes and track incoming invoices
* Process purchase orders and supplier invoices through electronic systems
* Identify and resolve issues in a timely manner, ensuring seamless financial operations
* Prepare weekly payment runs, generate aging reports, and verify supplier bank accounts according to company policies
* Collaborate with suppliers and business partners across regions
* Process employee expenses and credit card reports in compliance with company regulations
* Maintain cash management reconciliations
* Support month-end close processes
* Contribute to process improvement initiatives and implement best practices
* Perform various accounting tasks as assigned by management
