We are seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to oversee large-scale construction projects in Ireland.
This position will involve supervising teams to tight deadlines and high standards, including health and safety protocols.
* Previous experience with a main contractor in Ireland and a strong background in engineering or trade is essential.
* You will need to prepare regular progress reports and chair site meetings, communicate effectively with clients, architects, and engineers, and manage logistics, deliveries, and traffic management.
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to work alongside the Project Manager to adhere to the construction programme are required.
* Familiarity with current Health and Safety Construction regulations is necessary, as well as liaison with the design team on construction issues.
