You will ensure we meet budgetary objectives, and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.Requirements:Third Level Qualification in Quantity Surveying/Architecture/Construction Management/Engineering required3+ years' experience in ConstructionTeam player, with the ability to self-start and work independently.A can-do attitude is essential with a degree of flexibility required for all responsibilities.Must be capable of taking direction and possess excellent listening skills.Must be able to demonstrate an ability to immediately fulfil the duties of the role.Package:Competitive salary, discretionary bonus, pension, hybrid working and other perks.
