Key Responsibilities of this Mental Health Nurse role:
1. Conduct ongoing assessments of patients' mental and physical health.
2. Create, implement, and review individualised care plans.
3. Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
4. Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records.
5. Liaise effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
Candidate Requirements of this Mental Health Nurserole:
6. Current registration with the Psychiatric Division of the NMBI.
7. Relevant qualifications and up-to-date HSE-required certifications (e.g., TMVA/MAPA, Manual Handling, Infection Control).
8. Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to person-centred care.
9. Must be eligible to work in Ireland and currently based in Ireland (sponsorship is not available).
