Job Description
– Front of House Administrator

Medfit Proactive Healthcare is in search for an enthusiastic and motivated Front of House Administrator who will be based in our South Dublin Physiotherapy and Medical exercise Facility. The candidate will be well presented, have excellent communication skills & be eager to work on their own initiative as well as a member of a highly professional team.

The candidate will be responsible for:

* All administration duties
* Handling incoming calls & e-mails
* Scheduling appointments
* Supporting the Team
* Enter and maintain data in all user systems
* Database management
* Managing client accounts
* Invoicing & Receipting
* Filing management
* Management of client journey
* Maintaining high standards throughout the facility
* Follow up with consultations/client aftercare etc.
* Printing, filing & scanning
* Processing of payments
* End of day reconciliation

Skills Required:
Experience with MS Office, Google workspace, organisational skills, and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must maintain client confidentiality. Flexibility is essential. Medical secretary training preferred.

Salary:
€14.50-€19 DOE

Days per week:
5 days per week, Applicant must be available for 8-hour shifts on Monday to Friday between the hours of and occasionally Saturdays. Shifts will typically be either early OR The applicant must be flexible for shifts to change.

Hours per week:
40 hours per week

Start Date:
Immediate

Experience Required:
1-2years administration experience preferable but training will be provided.

This position is in our South Dublin facility in Block 4, Blackrock Business Park, Carysfort Avenue, Blackrock, Co. Dublin.
