You'll

Do**

* Lead finance transformation projects

from strategy through to execution, focusing on core processes like R2R, P2P, O2C, and Business Partnering.

* **Design and implement future-ready finance


operating

models**

, using best practices, automation, and digital tools.

* Collaborate across PwC's global network

to deliver innovative, tech-enabled solutions.

* Manage and mentor teams

, ensuring high-quality delivery and continuous development.

* Develop transformation assets

such as diagnostics, playbooks, and delivery tools.

* Support business development

, including proposals, client workshops, and thought leadership.

* Build trusted relationships

with senior stakeholders as a strategic advisor.

Your Profile


* 3+ years experience in
finance transformation consulting

or

deep expertise in a core finance process area

— such as Record-to-Report,


Procure

-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash or Finance Business Partnering— with a strong understanding of how finance supports business performance.

* Experience working in or alongside finance teams to improve processes, systems, or ways of working.

* A

professional accounting qualification

(ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) is

required
.

* Strong

communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

* Familiarity with

digital enablers

(e.g. automation, dashboards, process mining) and ERP/EPM systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Workday) is

desirable
.
