German Sales Development Representative | Dublin, Ireland | €65k– €79k We're currently recruiting for ambitious German-speaking professionals eager to build a career in SaaS sales, based in Dublin city.

Key responsibilities: Engage with inbound leads and convert them into qualified opportunities for the sales team Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies using a mix of channels Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Marketing teams, and other SDRs Gain hands-on experience with modern sales tools and the SaaS ecosystem What we're looking for: Native or near-native German, along with strong English skills Experience in sales, SDR, or BDR roles - or a strong interest in entering the tech sales space Excellent communication and organizational abilities A proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn and succeed in an international setting What's on offer: Competitive on-target earnings of €65K+ plus RSUs or similar incentives Full benefits package Generous time off, including unlimited vacation and wellness initiatives Hybrid working model: four days per week in a modern Dublin office.
