## **What you will do**The Payroll Specialist is responsible for managing accurate and timely payroll processing for a dedicated site or legal entity, in compliance with internal policies and all applicable legal, tax, and social insurance regulations.
This role acts as a subject matter expert (SME) on payroll operations, systems, and country-specific requirements.
It plays a key role in supporting employees, partnering with HR and Finance, and driving process improvements.
* Provide second-level payroll support and handle complex employee inquiries via the myHR service portal.
* Ensure the consistent and timely execution of payroll for employees, interns, and expatriates, considering country-specific compliance requirements.
* Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for payroll systems and processes; liaise with internal functions (e.g. HR, Finance, IT) and external vendors.
* Support system training and knowledge transfer to team members or stakeholders.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure data accuracy and issue resolution across the end-to-end payroll process.
* Contribute to continuous improvement and harmonization of payroll processes and tools.
* Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and responding to payroll-related inquiries.
* Provide coverage for other Payroll Specialists when needed.
## **What you need****Required Qualifications*** Qualification: completed professional education or completed studies* Minimum 1–2 years of experience in payroll or related field.
* Strong knowledge of local labor law, tax, and social insurance legislation.
**Preferred Qualifications*** Previous business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, orrole-related experience preferred* Experience working with payroll systems (e.g., ADP, SAP) and proficient in Excel.Travel Percentage: None
