Technical Lead Role
As a technical lead in our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing innovative solutions to enable the launch and ramp of next-generation products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Business Rule Setting: Establish business rules and requirements for technical solutions.
* Leveraging Lean Engineering: Promote a lean approach to engineering to ensure robust and scalable solutions are developed.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work effectively with manufacturing process owners, product owners, digital teams, and other stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions.
* Tech Leadership: Provide technical leadership to drive programme success and establish direction based on business needs.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
* Level 8 Bachelor's Engineering Degree: Proven track record of working in a team-based environment.
* 8+ Years of Experience: Operations engineering & NPI experience with orthopaedics or medical devices industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Additive Polymer Knowledge: Experience distinct advantage.
* Complex Problem-Solving: Ability to execute complex problem-solving techniques related to manufacturing technical issues.
