Sales and Customer Support Executive

While occasional client site visits will be required this is primarily an office-based role.
Responsibilities
* Work with the existing team on preparation of proposals and quotations.
* Develop new sales opportunities from incoming customer enquiries
* Work with the design team to develop computer generated client drawings
* Maintain accurate sales pipelines and CRM records.
* Advising and problem solving for clients while offering enhanced work layouts and environments
* Project management of the office fit out process with clients including on-going aftercare and support.
* Keeping up to date with industry trends so you can present new insights to clients
Skills & Experience
· 4 years+ experience in a Customer Sales environment. B to B would be a distinct advantage
* Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
* Relationship driven, results orientated mindset.
* Understanding of fit-out projects, furniture systems and interior works OR a willingness to learn and develop these skills.
* An advanced knowledge of software packages, Word, Excel, PowerPoint -Previous experience of design software would be a distinct advantage

Pay: €35,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
