We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Litigation Support Professional to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our litigation department, you will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to our solicitors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare, draft, and format legal documents
* Manage case files, ensuring all documents are accurately maintained and up-to-date
* Organize and coordinate court filings, hearings, and meetings
* Maintain efficient diary management and scheduling for solicitors
* Assist with billing processes and time recording
Requirements:
* At least 34 years of experience as a Legal Secretary, specifically within Litigation
* Strong typing skills (audio and copy typing) with a high degree of speed and accuracy
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite and legal practice management systems
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
