Part-time Assistant Project Advisor - Electrical

The part-time assistant project manager will report directly to the project manager. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing project timescales to ensure timely completion.
* Supporting design, estimation, and planning processes, including statutory requirements, procurement, and maintenance forecasting.
* Assisting with project control, resourcing, service delivery, consultant supervision, and payment certifications.
* Developing and approving project delivery plans, contractor plans, cash flow projections, and earned value analysis.
* Managing construction service providers, ensuring conformance and compliance.
* Contributing to the development of templates, documents, systems, and processes for project management.
* Performing other duties delegated by the senior project manager or team.
We require a relevant third-level qualification, preferably in engineering or a related discipline. Experience managing large or multiple infrastructure/capital projects, particularly in water utility, is essential. Strong knowledge of project management, contract management, strategic planning, and construction delivery best practices is also required.
Business acumen with a financial perspective and experience with tools like Oracle is necessary. Experience managing teams, contracts, and resolving conflicts, with proven communication skills, is also desirable. Digitally savvy individuals capable of building client relationships and working well in teams are encouraged to apply.
