Our client is an Irish-founded company in the childcare industry, located in Blanchardstown, County Dublin. They are looking for a full-time HR Business Partner to join their team.
This role would be on a hybrid working model, with 1-3 days in the office per week.
About Your New Job
* Act as day-to-day HR advisor for managers and employees, with an open-door approach
* Co-deliver manager workshops on HR topics
* Promote the use of HR tools
* Support implementation of engagement initiatives including employee surveys, and recognition activities
* Promote wellbeing resources
* Manage employee feedback platform
* Conduct exit interviews with parting employees
* Contribute to policy reviews and updates in accordance with Irish employment law
* Maintain employee records
* Lead and manage all internal investigations including grievances, disciplinaries etc.
* Lead the management of workplace accidents/incidents
* Serve as main liaison for benefits and incentive programmes
* Support HR-led initiatives in areas such as absence management, wellbeing strategy and the onboarding experience
What Skills You Need
* Minimum 3 years’ HR experience with strong experience in employee relations and HR operations
* Strong working knowledge of Irish employment law
* Ability to build and foster relationships with employees and stakeholders
* Minimum 3 years’ experience using HRIS and Microsoft Suite
* A valid, full driving license would be advantageous
* CIPD qualification would be desirable
