If so, this is the role for you!Key job responsibilitiesServe as part of the regional leadership team responsible for delivering high quality and robust decisions with favorable business outcomes.Become subject matter expert for data center construction including cost drivers, pertinent technology, vendors, customers served, and regional nuances.Establish annual/monthly performance targets, analyze variances to plan, and communicate key messages to senior leadership.Identify and lead cost savings initiatives.Data center capital expenditure approvals.Support forecasting and month end activities across the team and specific regions.Identify opportunities to improve on the tools and processes to support finance team and our business partners.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in engineering, statistics or business, or a Bachelor's degree and experience in quantitative role (engineering, process re-engineering, quality assurance)Experience in tax, finance or a related analytical fieldExperience in multiple finance and accounting rolesExperience in accounts receivable or account payableExperience applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analysesExperience in building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-makingExperience in creating process improvements with automation and analysisExperience participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable resultsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSMBA, or CPAKnowledge of SQL/ETLExperience in identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation planExperience in solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits)Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results
