Job Description
As a Revenue Growth Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our revenue strategy and driving operational efficiency across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams. Your analytical prowess will help us make informed data-driven decisions to optimize our go-to-market engine.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive sales and customer success performance analyses, including forecasting accuracy, pipeline health, bookings, churn, and renewal trends.
* Develop actionable insights and recommendations for senior leaders by identifying trends, risks, and opportunities within sales and customer success metrics.
* Maintain and enhance centralized reporting and dashboards using Salesforce, Tableau, and other analytical tools.
* Proactively identify gaps in existing processes that hinder revenue growth or operational efficiency and assist in implementing improvements.
Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, or a related analytical role.
* Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets.
* Familiarity with Tableau or similar BI tools preferred.
