* We are currently recruiting a Clinical Nurse Manager to lead the daily clinical operations within a nursing home.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse with strong leadership skills to take on a key role and contribute to ensuring the highest standards of care for residents. The successful candidate will oversee the clinical operations, lead and support the nursing and care team, ensure compliance with HIQA standards, promote person-centered care, manage staff rostering and training.
Requirements:To be considered for this position you should have: Registered General Nurse qualification (in good standing), minimum 3 years post-registration experience (with at least 1 year in a supervisory role), strong clinical knowledge and leadership abilities, excellent communication and organisational skills.
