A snapshot of your key responsibilities as MECM Administrator (Intermediate):
 * Support incident response, software packaging and deployment, and image creation for end-user devices.
 * Implement new MECM technologies and best practices, streamlining and automating processes to drive greater efficiency.
 * Assist in the development of IT policies and standards such as ISO 27001:2013.
 * Support and assist in the implementation of new processes and solutions as required.
 * Participate in knowledge transfer activities to build capability within the internal support team.
Requirements:
 * Experience: 4–6 years' experience as an MECM Administrator in an enterprise environment (intermediate level required).
 * Strong background in patch management using MECM across large, distributed estates.
 * Proven experience in image creation for personal devices, including task sequences, driver package management, and testing.
 * Skilled in packaging and deployment of third-party applications, including complex (non-MSI) installs using PowerShell, batch scripts, and custom parameters.
 * Experience in software lifecycle management, maintaining third-party applications to ensure security and compliance.
 * Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.
 * Fluent English and strong communication abilities.
 * Availability: Must be available to start 1 December 2025.
