As part of its ambitious growth plans for 2024 and 2025, the firm is seeking a seasoned professional to join the Partner group within its Risk Advisory division.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Minimum of 10+ years’ experience in risk management and advisory within the financial services sector.
Proven track record of leading and growing advisory teams.
Strong understanding of the regulatory landscape affecting financial services in Ireland.
Excellent client relationship management skills.
A strategic mindset with the ability to drive business growth.
Role and Reporting Lines
This role will be part of the firm's Partnership team and will involve the following responsibilities:
Leading the Risk Advisory Financial Services division.
Developing and executing the strategic vision for the division in line with the firm’s growth objectives.
Managing and mentoring a team of risk professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality advisory services.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, identifying opportunities for expanding service offerings.
Overseeing the implementation of risk management frameworks for clients, ensuring regulatory compliance.
Collaborating with other Partners to integrate risk advisory services with other service lines within the firm.
Contributing to thought leadership initiatives, representing the firm at industry events and forums.
Driving business development efforts to attract new clients and expand the firm’s market share.
