Position Overview: We are excited to announce an opening for an Accountant within our dynamic Finance team!This is a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations within our sister company - SEAtS ONE.
This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals starting their career in accounting, providing an excellent opportunity to develop skills and gain experience in financial reporting, bookkeeping, and tax compliance.The successful candidate must be highly motivated and detail-oriented.

Role Responsibilities:
·Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports
·Processing invoices, payments and expenses as well as cash collection
·Performing bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance
·Supporting month-end and year-end closing processes
·Assisting with tax filings (VAT, corporation tax, etc.)
·Conducting financial analysis and assisting with budgeting
·Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies
·Collaborating closely with senior accountants and finance managers
·Handling ad-hoc accounting tasks as required
Requirements:
·Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
·Recently qualified or almost qualified in ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
·Strong numerical and analytical skills
·Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP or Accounts IQ)
·Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
·Ability to work independently and as part of a team
·Willingness to learn and develop within the role
·Some experience in an accounting role (internships, placements, or part-time work)
·Demonstrate agility in a fast-changing technological environment, being open and adaptable to unsuspecting change.
·Encouraging excellence and goal achievement within the SEAtS ONE Group, while striving for the same in your personal development.
·Communicate regularly and efficiently with all stakeholders, both internal and external.
·Maintain strong co-operative relationships within the team and other departments to ensure that the organisation continues to function successfully.

·Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and concisely to both finance and non-finance professionals.
·Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines.

Location:
The role will be based in SEAtS ONE HQ in Bray, Co. Wicklow.We currently have hybrid working in place, combining office-based working with working from home.
