Your New Role
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of construction activities on-site, ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and work closely with project managers and engineers to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all on-site construction activities and personnel.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies.
* Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and subcontractors.
* Monitor project progress, quality, and adherence to timelines.
* Maintain accurate site records and reporting.
* Lead site meetings and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
What You'll Need to Succeed
* 5+ years' experience in a Site Manager role with a main contractor.
* Proven experience delivering projects in at least one of the following sectors: residential, commercial, industrial, or healthcare.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Excellent knowledge of construction methods, building regulations, and health & safety standards.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
* Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
* Full driving licence and flexibility to work across Dublin-based sites.
