Business Development Specialist
We are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our team in East of Galway City.
The ideal candidate will have some experience in telesales, customer service or administration roles.
* Key responsibilities include selling fuel products to new and existing domestic and commercial customers
* Respond promptly to sales enquiries via email and phone
* Meet or exceed revenue, volume, and margin targets
* Develop an understanding of customers' business needs and decision-making processes when purchasing
* Stay informed about competitors and market trends
* Identify new customer opportunities within existing accounts
* Provide quotes and process customer orders efficiently
* Update the CRM system with accurate customer data
* Conduct weekly outbound campaigns to achieve set targets
* Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure timely delivery to all customers
* Monitor and report on sales metrics while seeking additional sales opportunities
* Manage customer account balances and communicate with the credit team if necessary
