Are you our next M&A / Corporate Solicitor?
We are a global network of over 3,200 legal professionals across 85 jurisdictions. This role is based in Dublin as part of our hybrid working model.
Responsibilities
* Drafting complex documents for internal and external clients.
* Provision of advice to clients on corporate law matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring and commercial contracting.
* Negotiation of a broad array of corporate transactions in the domestic and international market, working alongside colleagues with a broad and diverse set of skills and from multiple jurisdictions.
* Provision of ad hoc legal advice to clients and KPMG teams.
Qualifications
* PQE 5 years minimum.
* Strong corporate law experience and company law knowledge.
* Exposure to corporate M&A and/or structuring work would be an advantage.
