Sales Support Manager
The Sales Support Manager will play a key role in supporting the commercial team through a blend of administrative, marketing, and operational responsibilities. This position is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations, accurate pricing and reporting, and effective communication between internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
Key Responsibilities
Administration & Operations
* Process daily invoicing, quotations, and account documentation.
* Maintain accurate pricing records and monitor distributor agreements.
* Prepare credit/debit notes and support financial reconciliations as needed.
* Assist Regional Sales Managers with meeting preparation, reporting, and client updates.
* Handle customer queries, orders, and delivery follow-ups in a timely and professional manner.
* Manage and submit tender documentation for both NI and ROI markets.
* Contribute to monthly reporting and key performance updates.
* Update supplier and pricing data across internal systems.
* Process payments and manage invoicing through customer portals when required.
Marketing Support
* Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
* Maintain website content and ensure accuracy of product information.
* Coordinate with designers and agencies to produce marketing materials.
* Assist with digital and social media activities, competitions, and brand campaigns.
* Manage marketing inboxes and ensure prompt response to partner and customer enquiries.
Technical & Compliance Support
* Maintain and update product documentation and compliance records.
* Liaise with suppliers to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.
* Support label updates, product launches, and technical customer communications.
* Coordinate supplier training sessions and internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.
