Job Description:
The Assistant Branch Manager is a key role within our branch, responsible for driving sales growth and embracing sales initiatives. They will build strong customer relationships, maintain high standards of branch presentation and service, and assist the branch manager in day-to-day duties. The successful candidate will also be involved in cash handling and dealing with customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:
• Embrace sales campaigns and generate leads for the sales team
• Exceed targets for sales, customer service, debt, and branch standards
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills in all aspects of the working day
• Maintain professional standards of product knowledge
• Ensure compliance with all systems, procedures, and processes
• Represent the company and portray a professional image to all customers, potential customers, and other people you meet in the course of your work
• Be a key driver in health & safety
Requirements:
• Sales experience in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional customer service experience
• Strong communication skills
• Negotiation skills
• Knowledge of local markets (Driving license preferred but not essential)
