Role Description
This is a part time on-site role for a Consultant Ophthalmic Surgeon at Progressive Vision, based in Dublin. The role includes diagnosing and treating a wide range of ocular conditions with a focus on surgical and non-surgical interventions. Responsibilities encompass performing specialized surgeries, utilizing advanced laser technologies, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team, and formulating tailored treatment plans. The position prioritizes delivering compassionate, high-quality care to patients and contributing to the clinic's commitment to excellence.
Qualifications
* Expertise in Ophthalmology and related sub-specialties
* Proficiency in medical and surgical procedures, including laser treatments and ocular surgeries
* In-depth knowledge of Medicine and Optometry as they relate to eye care
* Exceptional diagnostic and decision-making skills, with a patient-focused approach
* Board certification and active medical license in Ophthalmology
* Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
* Prior experience in a clinical or hospital setting is highly preferred
