Job Description:
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, creative, hard-working, and passionate about food to work as part of a dynamic kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes to the highest standard in their relevant section.
The role involves minimizing food wastage, training junior staff on recipes, presentation skills, and cooking techniques, maintaining the highest level of hygiene standards, and adhering to HACCP guidelines.
The ideal candidate will be flexible, willing to work weekends, and possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Prior experience as a Chef de Partie in a similar environment (4* hotel)
* Chef qualification minimum 2 year training
* Sound knowledge and passion for food handling, food standards, and presentation
* Thorough knowledge of HACCP
* Fluent English
