Key Responsibilities: Partner with leadership to deliver commercial targets and strategic goals.
Drive financial performance through insightful analysis, variance tracking, and action planning.
Lead the monthly reporting process (P&L, Balance Sheet, Forecasting, KPIs).
Support procurement in OEM negotiations and cost optimisation strategies.
Oversee planning and ensure alignment with business and financing strategies.
Deliver treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting, financing, and bank relationship management.
Ensure financial controls, risk management, and compliance across fleet activities.
Minimum Requirements: A strong background in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
Experience in fleet management, asset-heavy industries, or treasury operations is a plus.
A proactive mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence decision-makers.
Excellent stakeholder management and analytical skills.
