Client Service Manager – Limerick (Hybrid | Contract)

We're hiring a
Client Service Manager
to join a leading financial services organisation in Limerick. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with Tier 1 clients, enhancing their Transfer Agency experience while acting as a trusted advisor and escalation point.
What you'll do:
* Manage day-to-day delivery of Transfer Agency services to multiple high-profile clients.
* Oversee client reporting, service levels, and incident management.
* Partner with internal teams to resolve queries, ensure compliance, and drive service enhancements.
* Act as a key escalation point, ensuring issues are resolved swiftly and effectively.
* Build strong client relationships while supporting operational efficiency and process improvements.
What we're looking for:
* Previous experience in a
client-focused role
and/or
Transfer Agency experience
within financial services or banking

* Strong client relationship management skills with the ability to manage pressure and deadlines.
* Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
