We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused
IT Support Engineer
to help ensure smooth IT operations across the organization. This role suits early-career professionals who enjoy troubleshooting, supporting users, and improving technical environments—while working fully remotely.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical support to internal users via chat, email, and video
* Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
* Assist with onboarding/offboarding, account setup, and access management
* Maintain and update IT documentation, processes, and knowledge bases
* Monitor systems and escalate issues when needed
* Support IT asset management and inventory tracking
* Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to improve IT workflows
Requirements
Junior-Level (0–2 years):
* Experience from internships, academic IT roles, or early professional positions
* Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS troubleshooting
* Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Zendesk, Freshservice)
* Understanding of networks, VPNs, endpoints, and standard IT tools
* Strong communication and customer support skills
* Ability to learn quickly and work independently in a remote environment
General Requirements:
* Fluent in English
* Based in Ireland with legal right to work full-time
* Comfortable working in a remote-first environment
* Detail-oriented and good at documenting processes
