Key Responsibilities:
* Process and quality check dealing transactions through internal systems, adhering to regulatory and client standards.
* Contribute to process improvements for greater operational efficiency.
* Provide daily support and guidance to junior analysts and assist the team leader in workflow distribution and resource allocation.
* Identify, document, and disseminate new procedures and controls.
* Execute complex tasks with significant financial, client, and/or business impact.
* Maintain direct interaction with committees and senior management as needed.
* Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor to junior employees.
* Manage daily operations and supervise junior staff (non-management role).
* Demonstrate technical expertise in area of specialization and broader knowledge of other areas.
* Deliver high-quality work product requiring minimal revisions.
* Facilitate discussions and decision-making.
Requirements:

Experience:
* College or university degree and/or relevant work experience required.
